These terms apply when you engage Reyaz Alam, operating as Developer Reyaz, for website design or development work. They are a general summary; the specific scope, price, and timeline for any project are agreed separately with each client before work begins.
Also read the Privacy Policy.
Each project starts with an agreed scope covering what will be built, the timeline, and the price. Work outside that scope, requested after the project starts, is treated as a separate addition and quoted accordingly.
Payment terms are agreed per project, typically a deposit before work begins and the remainder on completion or in milestones for larger builds. Specific terms are confirmed in writing for each client.
A reasonable number of revisions are included as part of each project, agreed at the outset. Requests that go significantly beyond the original scope may be quoted as additional work.
Once a project is paid in full, you own the website built for you. Any third-party themes, plugins, or stock assets used remain subject to their own individual licenses.
Project timelines depend on how quickly a client provides the content, feedback, and approvals needed to keep the build moving. Delays on the client side can extend the delivery date accordingly.
Ongoing support and maintenance after a site goes live are handled separately from the initial build, either as a one-off arrangement or an ongoing agreement, depending on what a client needs.
Reasonable care is taken with every build, but no website can be guaranteed to be completely error-free or uninterrupted. Liability for any issue is limited to the amount paid for the project in question.
